AES-24 Implemented on a Multi-Purpose Audio Mainframe

Authors: Lave, Morten

AES Conference: 13th International Conference: Computer-Controlled Sound Systems · Paper 13-042 · December 1994

Abstract

The paper describes a case study of implementing the AES-24 protocol on devices with a vast number of parameters. Problems arise when changing algorithms, which thereby changes the whole set or subsets of the parameters. This example also shows the possibility of using existing computational power when implementing the protocol.
