AB - A method of digital-to-analog conversion (DAC) is investigated that uses a combination of high oversampling and high-order noise shaping. Both linear analysis and computer modeling reveal many of the characteristics of a base-band noise shaper where chaotic loop behavior is shown to result in a decorrelation of DAC distortion to benign noise.
