Authors: Thurmond, Bob

AES Convention 87 · Paper 2833 · October 1989

Abstract

Numerous techniques exist, some well-known and some not, for correcting or improving most of the performance characteristics of a sound system. Several useful but little known techniques will be presented, and some familiar ones critiqued. Examples will be provided with results of measurements showing the effects of the techniques. A complete regimen for system performance optimization will be offered.
