Authors: Kloker, Kevin L.; Lindsley, Brett L.; Thompson, Charles D.

AES Conference: 7th International Conference: Audio in Digital Times · Paper 7-045 · May 1989

Abstract

Digital audio signal processing is a highly creative and computationally intensive technology. Major advances in digital audio implementations will emphasize signal processing software running on VLSI hardware. This paper discusses several programmable, digital signal processors (DSP) as key elements in such digital audio systems.
