AB  - 8 mm magnetic sound motion picture film has not been widely accepted. Recent developments in optical sound film have resulted in high quality sound and convenient handling. The techniques of 8 mm optical sound film reproduction are discussed and a projector capable of magnetic and optical sound is described.
