AB - This paper presents a method to change independently the amplitude and delay responses in subjective listening test material. It is necessary in subjective listening experiments to apply modern statistical methods treating simultaneously several statistical variables. A case study of producing audio test material with this method is presented. It is related to an experiment where the audibility of the amplitude response variation and the delay response variation are studied at low frequencies based on data obtained from impulse responses of a room.
