The Effects of Horn Acoustic Center on Array Directivity

This paper presents the results to date of a study of acoustic centers of horns and their effects on array directivity. It explores whether acoustic center data can be used to improve the performance of array simulation software algorithms. Generally, these algorithms take into account the propagation length of horns and their geometric arrangement in an array but ignore how acoustic centers change with frequency.
