Abstract

Recently over 16-bit digital recording has been gaining a good reputation in professional audio. An over 16-bit multichannel recorder is an of important piece of equipment for these high-quality recording systems. The paper presents a newly developed stationary-head multichannel recorder with 24-bit and 48-channel capability.
