AB - Environmental pollution is well understood and its effects can be seen and felt in everyday life. ElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI) on the other hand is shrouded in mystery as its effects are not as apparent and ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is often regarded as something of a Black Art.: Uncontrolled EMI emissions lead to a hazardous kind of electronic smog which can interfere with everything from radios to life support machines.
