Computer-Aided Tenth-Scale Modeling for Binaural Auralization in Room Acoustic Design

Prediction of both objective and subjective properties of sound fields in rooms can be realized by using scaled-down-model technique. To this end, the conventional modeling method had to be extended to contain a hearing-related sound receiver as well as some suitable sound sources. A computer-aided procedure for obtaining binaural room impulse responses has been implemented for binaural auralization of auditoria during their design phase.
