JBL`s Central Array Design Program (CADP) is a powerful IBM PC based program for determining coverage of arbitrary loudspeaker arrays on complex seating planes. Intelligibility analysis based on the Al-cons method of Peutz is also provided by the program, as is a mechanical design feature providing views of the loudspeaker array. During the last five years, the program has been refined and updated and now offers the user three choices for loudspeaker pattern summation.
