Authors: Cabot, Richard C.

AES Conference: 6th International Conference: Sound Reinforcement · Paper 6-027 · May 1988

Abstract

This paper will examine some of the problems of equalization in sound reinforcement systems and how computers may change the way these problems are approached. After considering the goals behind equalization we will explore the way measurements are used to quantify the system being equalized. We will then see how computers can expand the capability of equalizers and improve their application.
