Design and Construction of a Feedforward Error Correction Amplifier

This paper discusses a new way to design and construct a hi-fi amplifier using feedforward. It has been found that remarkable improvements can be achieved in the performance characteristics of a conventional feedback amplifier by also applying feedforward in the manner explained. The design of this new amplifier is explained clearly, and the relationship between the characteristics of a feedback loop and the feedforward technique is discussed. Also reviewed is how this new technique relates to two-pole compensation.
