The program uses the room parameters to determine Q and maximum throw D(2) as well as the maximum program level and electrical power requirements. Acoustic gain is calculated; and the EAD is calculated based on an ambient noise level. Data may be entered in any reasonable order and may be stored on a mag card for a particular space. The derivation of the various formulas used, as well as the operation of the program, are given.
