The paper describes the project and the achievement of the audio network that allows for two-way satellite transmissions using 560 simultaneous channels from five Argentine cities to the rest of the world. It analyzes the automatic audio level processing technique and the signal routing through several solid state matrix systems. Non-conventional custom-built audio control consoles also are described.
