Paper describes a new low-cost audio real-time analyzer using integrated circuit logic for sampling 27 one-third octave filters. Unusual features include full 27-dB visual display on any oscilloscope; positive lock-in of display by providing sweep to oscilloscope; permanent display of the 27-dB calibration voltage; and dual level inputs for microphone and auxiliary level.
