The signals supplied by six different stereophonic microphone systems, placed in front of an orchestra, were simultaneously and separately recorded (XY, STEREOSONIC, MS. O.R.T.F., N.O.S., PAN-POT DISTRIBUTION). Neither reverberation nor other effects were added.
