AB  - The introduction of Dolby ATMOS has raised several questions concerning the optimum design of the room acoustics for smaller dubbing theaters where the number of speakers and the associated hardware has some bearing on the room as a whole. It is also apparent that compact speaker systems and a flexible approach to installation opens the scope for multi-channel sound installations. The author compares several installation and also compares these with an alternative approach using the IOSONO system.
