Enhancing Low SNR Speech Corrupted by Non-Stationary Tonal Noises

A new algorithm is proposed for the enhancement of speech corrupted by non-stationary, additive tonal noises. Tonal noises can cause serious degradation of speech quality and intelligibility, and are often handled poorly by speech enhancement algorithms.
