AB  - The paper presents an attempt to create a dictionary of words related to mood associated with music. Two parts of a listening test were designed and carried out with a group of students, most of them users of social music online services. The audience task was to propose adjectives well-describing music tracks. These words were given in Polish and then compared to their English equivalents. The obtained results show that terms associated with music are language-specific and in addition there is a need to use multi-label mood description.
