Rebalancing multi-channel outputs from either a mixing console or a multi-track recorde shall be done with semi-automatic control facilities in order to realize an economical studio exploitation. The system described has audio control facilities, both visual and acoustical, for checking multi-channel information, the derived 2-channel stereophonic signal and the monophonic compatibility of same.
