AB  - The Japan FM Network, 38 affiliate FM broadcasting companies all over Japan, installed the digital audio program file distribution network system to abolish conventional analog distribution. This system reduces the distribution cost and duration compared with the traditional technique of broadcasting relay where one station records another station's program off-air for later use. This paper also describes the format of digital audio file for current distribution and presents solutions to some existing problems.
