A new method for reproducing concert hall sounds in a listening room by `loudspeaker walls` is presented, which consists of many (over 300) small loudspeakers arrayed on the walls of a listening room. Many uncorrelated reverberation sounds reproduced through the loudspeaker walls simulate diffuse reverberation decay to provide a wide listening area. A subjective experiment conducted for various listening positions has shown that the loudspeaker-wall system has a very wide listening area.
