The effects of varying horn manufacturing tolerances and driver to horn throat mismatch on low frequency response and response roughness are examined. The conclusions show that performance can be improved with a cost reduction. Recommendations are made for desirable manufacturing inaccuracies. Allowable errors in different directions on a horn are related for circular and rectangular horns including sectorals.
