The conference fee includes accommodation in single rooms with bath/shower, and meals from lunch on the first day to afternoon tea / coffee on the third day (including the banquet). Coffee, soft drinks and beer/wine will be served with meals at no extra charge.

There will be a tour and drinks reception at Kronborg Slot (Elsinore Castle of Hamlet fame). Accommodation for nights preceding and following the conference may be arranged at extra cost. Double rooms for participants and their accompanying non-participating persons are extra cost options, as are meals for non-participating persons.
