Summary

Marshall Young led a hands-on hardware and plugin EQ shootout at Mount Paran’s LeFevre SoundLab. EQs from various manufacturers (such as Avalon, GML, Mackie, Neve, Pulse Techniques, SSL, and others) were explored and discussed. Marshall talked about the different control options available across the units. He also had a spectrum analyzer that was viewable during the listening examples.
