The formal notice on patent policy was read.
The meeting agenda was accepted as written.
Minutes of previous meeting online, 2024-05-20 were approved.
AES68-R Review of AES68-2014: AES standard for audio connectors - XL Connectors to Improve Electromagnetic Compatibility
Recommended for reaffirmation. Poll the Working Group for approval.
AES72-R Review of AES72-2019: AES standard on interconnections — Application of RJ45-type connectors and quad twisted pair cable for audio interconnections
Due for reaffirmation.
X261: standardization of usage of Euroblock (Phoenix) connectors
This work remains in process. David Prince and Fred Morgenstern continue working on a draft, now in about its third revision. Once David and Fred complete that work, we will introduce the draft to the group as a whole for further comment.
