The formal notice on patent policy was read.

The meeting agenda was accepted as written.

Minutes of previous meeting online, 2023-10-09 were approved.

AES63: Data connector in an XLR connector shell
A revision of this standard was finalized and will be published by end of May.

X261: standardization of usage of Euroblock (Phoenix) connectors
This work is in process. A draft written by Fred Morgenstern which incorporates all of the group’s inputs is with David Prince (and vice chair RJ Kenny) for review. After that review cycle, we will introduce the draft to the group as a whole for further comment.
