The meeting was convened by chair Morten Lave.

The report of the previous meeting, held online, in connection with the 153th Convention, 2022-10-14, was approved as written.

AES67-R - Review of AES67-2018 , AES standard for audio applications of networks - High-performance streaming audio-over-IP interoperability
The group is working on the revision in weekly meetings, slowed down a bit due to scheduling conflicts but good progress since last. Working through issue by issue.
The highest priority issues are now resolved. Ambiguities have been fixed etc. Should be able to finish in 2 months if things go well.

The 3 revisions are currently being reviewed in SC-2-12L. It is about 75% done and hope to finish at the end of May and be ready for comments June 1 with an aim to publish in July.

No actions, review in one year.
AES-X242 Streaming audio metadata over IP
Still waiting for SMPTE but expect to be in the publication queue by the end of the year.
AES-X243 Audio applications of networks - Using AES70 for managing AES67 and SMPTEST 2110-30 media stream connections
The draft is done except for one little part in an annex. However it can not be published until after the AES30-1/-2/-3 is published.
AES-X252 AES70 Milan Adaptation
Expect to pass to X252 by end of year.
AES-X257 Using AES70 to manage Audinate Dante® media transport
Expected to become AES70-23, discussions are ongoing in the OCA Alliance but expect move into AES soon and be done by November.
There is a hope that Audinate will be involved at least in reviewing.

Next Meeting
The next meeting will be scheduled in conjunction with the AES 155th Convention in early October 2023, it will be virtual. Standard meetings will likely be scheduled the week before the actual show.
