SC-03-12 chair Marisa Dery called the meeting to order.
The report of the previous meeting, held online 2021-05-13, was approved as written.
The agenda was approved as written.

AES-X253 Standard for Audio Collection Guidelines in a Field/Unknown Location
The group discussed the title of the draft standard and agreed upon a revised title.
The group discussed a one page cheat sheet to be added to the draft standard. An initial draft was created.
The phrasing of line 249 in the draft was discussed and modified by group consensus.
Other minor suggestions were made for changes and additions.
The chair indicated she would post the draft to the document repository for comments.
