AES17-R Review of AES17-2015: AES standard method for digital audio equipment - Measurement of digital audio equipment
Status: No action requested or required – expected to be reaffirmed in 2020.

AES-X217 Audio ADC test method and performance specification for archiving and preservation applications
Status: Chair has marked up proposed modifications and sent to key committee member; there has been no response from committee member – it has been suggested that the document could be revised to be an information document, also, the document be circulated in its current form to the Working Group to solicit input.

New Business

A question was raised about jitter recovery from PTP (network world meets the world of audio) – B Olson requested the participant to submit a proposal to initiate new work.

The next meeting will be scheduled in conjunction with the AES 147th Convention, to be held October 2019 in New York, NY US.
