On March 31, 2011, Telefunken Elektroakustik representatives Alan Veniscofsky and former Audio Engineering Technology student Ian Cluggish spoke to students of Hartford's College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture. Their presentation, appropriately located in CETA's Analog Studio, covered the legacy of the Telefunken name and the current product lineup of high-quality, hand-assembled, vacuum-tube condenser microphones. Analog tube technology was discussed, and a demonstration of various microphone models showcased the warm, articulate response of Telefunken's products.
A similar presentation was also held for students of the Hartt School of Music.
