Mix or Remix the tracks of Filet (Clock Machine) and share your work with other people all
over Europe!
13-17 Mixing Workshop - Marek Walaszek
Marek Walaszek - famous Polish audio producer and mix engineer; university teacher in
sound engineering, conducted great amount of workshops, owner of "Addicted To Music
media group" and recording studio Fort11. Marek was involved in many music productions
(i.e. Pharell Wiliams, Ne-Yo, The Rza, Methodman, Redman, GhostFace Killah, Raekwon,
Cilvaringz, WWO, Hemp Gru). Workshop programm: logistics of the mix, preparing the
mix, external factors, work on general view of the production, track edition, equalization
and compression techniques, spatial effects, master effects.

We will discuss the following topics:
1. How do I set up an AES Student Section?
2. What can you do in your Section?
3. What are the responsibilities for your Section officers?
16 Handmade Pizza
The AES Graz Student Section will serve us with their unique italian style handmade
Pizza.
Meeting Location: Kraków, Poland
Students were offered the opportunity to make and deepen international connections
within audio students, creating awareness and professional education needs in the field of
audio, increase their skills through participation in lectures and workshops, as well as the
presentation of professional hardware and software solutions. The students had the
opportunity to establish contacts and possible future participation in exchanges and other
international programs. A website was available on www.cess-2011.eu. The participants
were obliged to register through the registration form.
Most points of the program proceeded without complications. It turned out that the meeting
planned for friday at 16h was to early, most of the participants appeared later, which
disrupted the plan a bit, but from the product presentation on everything proceeded

according to plan.
