On Saturday, October 26, and Sunday, October 27, the Argentina Guitar-Con, the National Industry Music Equipment Manufacturers Exhibition, was held at the Golden Center in Parque Norte. AES Argentina took part in this key event for the music industry, supporting entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and small and medium-sized national businesses from its Institutional Stand.
Representing AES was Secretary Ezequiel Kosiner Blanco, joined by Santiago Zobermann and students from various AES Student Sections in Argentina. Brian Aras from AES-TAMABA participated on Saturday, while David Joya from AES-AURAL was present on Sunday. Throughout the weekend, the stand also welcomed students from educational institutions such as the Astor Piazzolla Superior Conservatory of Music and the National University of Lanús.
During the exhibition, AES Argentina actively promoted its goals and values, emphasizing the importance of membership with automatic renewal and the strengthening of the scientific community in the audio field. Additionally, upcoming AES events were publicized, including lectures at CAPER SHOW 2024, scheduled for the following week, and the academic program for the VI Rioplatense Audio Conference, set for Tuesday, November 5, in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay.
The stand also served as a space for exchanging ideas and experiences with entrepreneurs, studio equipment manufacturers, and industry professionals. AES Argentina continues to develop strategies that foster a close link between technical knowledge and the audio industry in the country.
