Keki introduces herself, explaining how she used to go to CRAS and recapping her experience in the industry. QLab is used for theater, live shows, and many other live events so that you can organize your music, videos, and pictures in chronological order. She explains how it can be extremely useful to learn, especially if you want to be helpful in a live performance environment. Keki shows us how to group and color code events and also tells us what all of the on-screen icons mean and how to change them. The differences between and uses for Do Not Continue, Auto Follow, and Auto Continue are also explained. She shows us a few different sessions that she has and how she decided to organize them. Keki demonstrates how to make a fade with a few different techniques in QLab. After the demo, the floor was open for questions.
