Today's meeting had some points to consider, first the talk by Engineer Andrés Sabogal who brought us detailed information with the purpose of learning about the way and the means we have on streaming platforms to publish videos that have an immersive audio metadata which can be interactive with the user. H264 is the video and ambisonics audio format, video container format, metadata, and 4-channel ambisonics audio information.
Platforms like Vimeo and Facebook (Meta 360) accept the 360 format which includes immersive audio along with interactive video in all directions, of these platforms the most used is YouTube which is accessible to everyone. We also found restrictions that this platform only supports the first order ambisonics format, and a static L and R can also be included.
The second part of the meeting was the listening of 4 channels recorded with the A to B format recorded with a microphone that captures the first order of ambisonics in which, by having headphones we could determine where our colleague Nicolas Santiago are playing the shaker in the different cardinal points.
