- Publication of the memoirs of AES-LAC 2023 in the Sonocordia magazine of UArtes. Jemina Montenegro will send the conference photographs to Sebastian Benalcázar for inclusion in the publication.
- The AES Ecuador 2024 conference, scheduled for May, could be combined with the CASE conference at UArtes. It will be held in Guayaquil with possible simultaneous online events in Cuenca and Quito.
- A marketing strategy is necessary to ensure attendance.
- Curatorial guidelines will be sought and proposed by the board.
