Summary
The Middle Tennessee State University AES chapter presented a screening a Classic Album series documentary on Steely Dan's, AJA. The documentary was prefaced with a short introduction by Steely Dan "super fan" and esteemed faculty member Prof. John Hill. After the screening, the students took the opportunity to briefly discuss the recording techniques and equipment used on the album. Interestingly, the event was a great recruitment tool because it drew students who might not normally be drawn to the technical content of most events.
