On May 21, in the Beat Basement of the San Martín Cultural Center, AES Argentina held a new workshop for location sound professionals: "Location sound for audiovisual productions", offered by our friends and expert colleagues Andrés Marks and Lucas Tartaglia, who talked about different workflows, techniques and possible solutions to the typical problems and troubleshooting in a feature film or series shoot: boom management, placement and concealment of lavaliers and wireless systems, configurations and RF management, recorders, metadata management, synchronism among others.
The attendees had access to a vast selection of microphones, recorders and accessories kindly offered by Marks and Tres Sonido Post Production Studio, as well as a large amount of original raw material from different shows and films from our local industry.
