Prof. Hrvoje Domitrovic helds the lecture
Annual Section Meeting of Croatian Section was held on February 25th, 2010 at Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Department of Electroacoustics, in Zagreb, Croatia.
After standard meeting's topics, regarding membership dues, administrative issues, Section president, Sinisa Fajt, presented Section's web-site at temporary address http://www.fer.hr/aes.
As a part of annual meeting, Prof. Hrvoje Domitrovic held a lecture with topic "Adaptable Acoustics — Studio 'Bajsic' Example". Prof. Domitrovic gave an overview of development and design of Studio 'Bajsic' acoustics. This studio is used by Croatian radio and television for various purposes, from recording of chamber music to pop music, and as a television studio. Various applications of this studio asked for different acoustic solutions. Studio 'Bajsic' is an example of adaptable acoustics, where absorbers and resonators can be easily adapted to various types of music.
