Summary

A general meeting of Japan section has been held with 20 attendees and 90 letters of attorney out of 142 members. Mr.Uchimura has reported about major activities between July 2018 and June 2019. The details of each activity were added by other directors as follows.
•9 Technical seminars/Jun Yamazaki ?Basic Audio and Acoustic Seminar for Students and Young Engineers/Shinichi Kita ?AES Japan Forum/Kazuma Hoshi
The statement of accounts and the balance sheet were settled by Mr. Nakahara and Mr.Yoshio, the auditor has announced it was proper. Mr. Uchimura has opened the annual budget.
They were all approved by the attendees.
