Corey Bautista of Corey Bautista Audio demonstrated his mixing techniques by conducting a workshop for our AES section. In this workshop, Corey divulged into different mixing techniques "in the box," such as utilizing templates and various plug-ins that make his mixes sound "larger than life." Corey also went over different software and business strategies that he uses to help manage his business he started from the ground up. Corey is an exemplified example of how modern engineers can work for themselves and strive in a business as chaotic and amazing as the music industry.
