PXL-Music kindly opened their doors to Audio Engineering Society members for their Immersive Audio day that was part of the annual 'International Week', which exposes their students to leaders in music and audio in and out of Belgium.
PXL-Music is pioneering in the research on immersive audio in the music industry. The Internationale Week turned out to be the perfect moment to submerge students, teachers and the music industry in the world of immersive audio.
With the support of d&b audiotechnik and Amptec, the students PA of PXL-Music installed an impressive setup of more than 25 speakers by which the audience could experience first hand what immersive audio feels like.
