This was the first meeting of the semester for our section. We began by introducing our e-board for the 2013-2014 academic year. We discussed several upcoming regional and national events, such as BADASS, the 135th AES Convention, and Parsons. We also outlined all of the requirements and deadlines for the AES Student Recording and Design Competition for those who were interested in entering. To wrap up the meeting, we announced a few events we'll be hosting throughout the year, such as a drum clinic, an a cappella recording session, a tour of Telefunken Studios, and a soldering clinic.
