Bob Koszela manages studio operations for Iron Mountain Entertainment Services. As a musician and songwriter, he was introduced to audio engineering and music production as a student at Berklee College of Music and through his work as assistant engineer at Blue Jay Recording Boston, MA. Upon graduation, Bob relocated to Los Angeles to work as an independent producer/engineer (Guns & Roses, Motörhead, Poison) and went on to become staff engineer and studio manager for Universal Music Group Interscope Studios in Santa Monica, CA.
Bob eventually moved to catalog production at the busy Universal Music Enterprises (UMe) before joining Iron Mountain Entertainment Services in 2012. He brings over 30 years’ experience in analog/digital migration processes as-well-as major record label operations including A&R, marketing/promotion, new media, catalog production, licensing/exploitation, global archive management, preservation, and digital supply chain.
