David Poirier-Quinot

David Poirier-Quinot is a researcher, presently focused on room acoustics simulation and its application to virtual and augmented reality. He studied both fields along with signal processing and computer sciences while working for the Imperial College of London and both IRCAM and LIMSI institutes in Paris. With a background in Physics and Chemistry, he obtained his Master's degree in signal processing and telecommunications from the ENSEA graduate school of Electrical Engineering, France, in 2011, and received his Ph.D. degree from the Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris VI, France), in acoustics, signal processing, and computer science in May 2015.
