Thomas Schmitz received the degree in Electrical Engineering (2012) from from the University of Liege (ULg). His final project focused on the emulation of a electrodynamics loudspeaker including its nonlinear behavior. He is presently a Ph.D. student in Laboratory for Signal and Image Exploitation (INTELSIG) research unit of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) department , University of Liege, Belgium. His research interests are on signal processing, nonlinear modeling, real time emulation of guitar audio systems.
