Homare Kon

Homare Kon is presently Ph.D student of Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan (2016-present).
After receiving the master's degree in Computational Intelligence and Systems Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan in 2005, Homare Kon joined Sony corporation. During that period he gained his experience as an audio researcher. He was involved in the spatial audio project. In particular, he developed a lot of products and prototypes applying Soundfield Reconstruction, Wave Field Synthesis (WFS), Virtual Surround Headphones, Ambisonics and Speaker Optimization. He joined the AI startup company as general manager, R&D Division (2017).
