Jon Boley, Ph.D. is a research program manager and senior scientist at GN Advanced Science, where he leads research to push the limits of tiny audio systems (hearing aids & other hearables). His research involves psychoacoustics, neuroscience, electroacoustics, and signal processing.
Prior to joining GN, Jon’s research focused on neural coding and hearing impairment. He also spent a few years working as a DSP engineer at Motorola and Shure. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering (Univ of Illinois), an MS in Music Engineering (Univ of Miami), and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering (Purdue Univ).
