Fredrik Bergholtz has been involved in standardisation work for radio broadcasting, primarily for the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) but also for AES. He has been a part of the group working on the EBU ACIP standard for audio contribution over IP and has, together with his colleagues at Swedish Radio, successfully implemented a nation-wide network of ACIP-devices.
Fredrik is currently working on implementing AES67 at Swedish Radio as well as participating in AES X238 - the working group that will define a mechanism for dynamically locating services, such as AES67 streams and ACIP accounts, as well as devices for remote control.
